Fall Registration!
PRYSC IS PROUD AND EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE WILL BE OFFERING ON-LINE
REGISTRATION AGAIN THIS YEAR. AGAIN THIS YEAR, THE CLUB WILL ABSORB 100% OF
THE COST OF ON-LINE REGISTRATION AND IS OFFERING A $5 DISCOUNT IF YOU REGISTER
ON-LINE BEFORE MAY 31, 2010.
Walk-up
registration for the Fall soccer season (September to November) will take place
on the following dates/times:
- Monday, May 10th, 6-9pm at Round Table Pizza
- Saturday, May 15th, 12-3pm at Round Table Pizza
The following items are required
to register your child: county birth certificate (hospital certificate will not
suffice), wallet-size picture (BYSL Playing League only), and check or cash in
the amount of the registration fee.
Registration fees for the Under
6-Under 10 age divisions are as follows:
First Child: $60 (online before
5/31/2010); $65 (in person or after 5/31/2010)
Second Child: $55 (online
before 5/31/2010); $60 (in person or after 5/31/2010)
All subsequent
children: $50 (online before 5/31/2010); $55 (in person or after
5/31/2010).
Registration fees for the Under 12-Under 19 age
divisions are as follows:
First Child: $70 (online before 5/31/2010); $75 (in
person or after 5/31/2010)
Second Child: $65 (online before 5/31/2010); $70
(in person or after 5/31/2010)
All subsequent children: $60 (online before
5/31/2010); $65 (in person or after 5/31/2010).
NOTE: OUT OF
RESPECT FOR OUR VOLUNTEERS' VALUABLE TIME, A LATE FEE OF $15 WILL APPLY AFTER
JUNE 30, 2010.
Scholarships
Limited
partial scholarships are available for those who can demonstrate financial need.
PROOF OF INCOME IS REQUIRED. Valid proof of income includes the following items:
food stamp identification card, passport to services, BIC (benefit insurance
card), notification of action, paycheck receipts reflecting
eligibility.
